Draining the gasoline / emptying the fuel tank - BIMMERPOST The Lexus I had before my BMW had an avg mpg, but it also had a "Tank Avg" that automatically reset each time you filled up. That's how I've been using the 2 different meters--I reset the trip computer each time I fill up, but don't touch the display in the IP controlled by the stalk--the "On Board Info".

BMW 320 fuel consumption, liters or gallons / km or miles The only thing that saved me was that BMW probably allows for a small pad (1/2 gallon? 10 miles?). How much gas needs to be in the tank for the fuel pump to operate? Can it run completely dry and take a full gallons?.

Mi Does anyone know of a way to code out or remove the number of miles left in your tank from the instrument cluster?
